Neill's - Brand repositioning
Neill's, a traditional Irish Mill needed to overhaul its online presence. Breaking into the American market with a range of baking mixes, and reinvigorating its connection to a loyal British and Irish consumer following was a key target.
I conducted a series of consultative workshops with the client, and subsequently designed and built two fully-responsive sites (one aimed at the U.S market and the other at the U.K) and integrated them with an easy-to-use CMS. I also established accounts on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook for the client. Shortly after launch Facebook followers exceeded 600, dramatically increasing customer engagement in the brand, while the responsive site design and more cohesive user journey across a range of media created the desired enhancement to the brand experience.
