Allied Bakeries: Impact Conversations

As part of an ongoing engagement with Allied Bakeries, I was asked to develop a logo and supporting materials for their internal review process, called 'Impact Conversations'.

Part of the brief was to ensure that the suite of items were recognisably part of their wider internal brand, using the same font and colour palette (for which I had already developed the guidelines).

Initially, I created a simple, clean logo to aid internal awareness of the new campaign. I then drafted in the services of Kinsmen Photography, art directing them to capture informal, conversational shots of employees in the office, manufacturing and food testing environments around the business. I produced a collection of hand-drawn icons which were overlaid on the photos to add fun and dynamism to each one, and the combined pieces were then printed as A0 posters. In tandem with this, pop-up banner stands were created using the same photos and key messages.

Finally, I recommended combining six unwieldy training cards into a single tri-fold leaflet to help convey the core strategy of the process.
